35 kms from there, have a look at Aubenas. This city is full of historical patrimony : ramparts, castle, church or even its stoned pathways…

Come to the natural park of Les Monts d’Ardèche. In the heart of this 228 000 ha park, you can ejoy hiking, VTT, horse riding, but also climbing or even canoe

Around Privas, Valence is not so far (30 kms) Lyon and Avignon at 1h30. At last, Montpellier and Marseille are 2 hours drive from Privas.

Ardèche department counts 20 villages ranked as ‘Village de Caractère’. Among them, Saint Montan and its medieval site (the only one in France) and Jaujac (15 kms from Aubenas) known for its balsalt columns along the river « Le Lignon ».
